Without harming the privacy of the patient, SMSH will inform you as the employer about the health status of your employee so you can plan accordingly.

- The minimum basic subscription is for a period of 3 months but the recommended is 12months per employee after which the package can be ended monthly per employee
- if an employee is terminated before the package is exhausted the option to substitute for another employee is offered to the employer
